"Selling a home isn't really something I'd think of as fun or filled with a ton of laughs, yet working with Korin was a blast. Korin has a phenomenal eye when it comes to staging. It was never about dressing my condo up as something it wasn't or concealing flaws; the focus was to give the potential buyer the "perfect" experience as they walked through the door. Neutralizing any aesthetic that was over the top and bringing to the forefront the what made it an absolutely great living space. At the time, we never thought we would be looking to move out of Denver five years later, but we had to make that decision for the best interest of our family. Because Korin was so great with the purchase of our home, we contacted her again when selling. We were even more impressed the second time around.
