"I moved to Denver in 1992 with my husband Toby Branch after we both completed our degrees at the University of Arizona in Tucson Arizona (Bear Down!). We were ready for some cooler weather. We purchased our first home in West Highlands at 30th and Perry in 1993. We loved restoring an older home. I became fascinated by the architecture in Denver and the revitalization of it's historic neighborhoods. In 1996 I decided to get my real estate license and I joined the well respected firm of Perry and Butler. After working with Perry and Butler for one year I determined that it was time to take a risk and open my own firm. I opened my company in 1997 under the name "Haight Real Estate L.L.C." In 2005 I began using the name "Perfect Properties" for the company in order to gain a greater market share.
I have two children and we now make our home in the historic Park Hill Neighborhood. I specialize in working hard to find my clients exactly what they are looking for and I enjoy a challenge. I do not advertise and work primarily with referrals, although I am willing to interview perspective clients to see if we will work well together. I have extensive experience in finding specific architectural styles. I have valuable knowledge of where specific styles can be found in Denver. Many of my clients are architects and designers. (My husband is an architect and works at Studio 646 in Golden) I have a good eye for renovation and can look at a home and make valuable suggestions concerning renovations and approximate cost. Because I have been in the business since 1996, I have gained valuable experience in negotiating purchases and sales. I strive to provide all of my clients with the wealth of knowledge that I have gained throughout the years. I view each of my clients as long term relationships and many of my clients have worked with me many times over the years.
I look forward to adding you to my extensive list of clients!”

I love living in Colorado. All of our homes have been built in the early 1900’s so I am very familiar with the challenges and joys of living in and caring for historic homes. I love spending time with my family, traveling and attending the theater. Every year I make my family take the walk that I took from our house in Rollinsville (about 30 mins into the mountains outside of Boulder ) to the bus each morning when I lived there in grade-school. One of my favorite things is to hear from past clients and seeing their families grow.
